Very nice storage at a decent price. Jun 24, 2008

This looks really nice at the foot of my bed. It also makes a great seat. Wish they had a removeable cover for the cushion, thought. Being white, it needs to be covered (I use a throw) to keep from getting dirty. The pull-out drawers aren't quite as easy as if this were a lift-up storage seat, but they hold a lot - I keep several pairs of my winter boots in them. All in all, this piece has a great tropical look and is a really good deal for the price. My suggestion would be for the company to offer several patterns for the cushion, and to make it zip-off removable for cleaning. I'd be willing to pay more for those options.

Perfect for placing at foot of bed. Fairly sturdy but light - would probably support no more than 200 lbs at very most. Drawers are roomy and hold a lot of items. I liked the fact that no assembly is required and can start using right out of the box. Looks very nice for price.

I ordered this bench(wanted two but wanted to see in person first)for a new sunroom. Liked it so well I went ahead and ordered the second. They are perfect for my two cats to sun themselves on in the new room. Love the wicker look and the storage. The cushions could be a darker color as the white shows everything, but I will recover them myself. I would recommend these, they are well worth the money.

After reading various reviews on this banana leaf storage seat, I was anticipating a fairly nice piece of furniture. Clearly not the occassion! It arrived damaged, crushed on one side and with absoulutely no packing material inside to protect the piece. It appeared very dirty and not just because it was made of banana leaf either. Actually had a bad, moldy odor coming from it! I would not reccommnd this piece to anyone!

Tried to order this from two other online vendors. Their delivery dates were about a 45-60 day wait.
Amazon.com delivered this item to me in 5 days! I will be using this item in my home office as extra
seating and the two drawers already contain my hanging file frame and files! Works perfectly! Looks
great and the old metal filing cabinet has been donated! I am working on a solution to make the drawers
of the bench seat work a bit more smoothly. The weight of my files make opening and shutting them a
bit difficult. Perhaps a piece of thin laminate board inside underneath the drawers would give better
in and out action. At any rate, I am very, very pleased with the quality of this product, very sturdy,
the size is just perfect for a small area and the look is very attractive.
